Our unique pebble finish allows your pool to blend naturally with landscaping and water features. A pool finished in pebble aggregate is also more durable than conventional plaster, and offers greater flexibility in pool design. It resists staining and chemical damage far better than conventional plaster.

A plaster mix can consist of any marble sand and whichever cement is available in the industry however, Altima Premium Pool Finish is a premixed combination of quality marble sand, excellent cement and an admixture containing pozzolans and polymers. This admixture modifies the cement to improve the durability and longevity of the pool finish.
Wet Edge recognizes the powerful role that admixtures can make in improving the durability of cement. Unfortunately, cement has one poor chemical reaction in the hydration process called calcium hydroxide. Calcium hydroxide is considered to be the weak link in the formation of cement. In an effort to minimize the effects of calcium hydroxide, Wet Edge Technologies™ with guidance from leading experts specializing in cement chemistry developed this engineered admixture. The highly reactive pozzolan in this Wet Edge admixture addresses the weak link in cement and drastically reduces the formation of calcium hydroxide. The function of the polymer in the admixture is to strengthen the bonding capabilities and flexural strength in the cement which helps to reduce check cracking.
